Discover Freedom in Connection: Where Mind, Body, and Hearts Unite
Boundless Bonds is dedicated to promoting mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing by helping humans find deeper connection with themselves, their loved ones and their community.
Boundless Bonds offers counselling and coaching for those navigating life’s complexities. Whether you're unpacking the past, feeling stuck in the present, or reaching for something more, we hold space where you can reflect, recalibrate, and take meaningful action toward the life you want to build. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, reach out today to begin a conversation that could be life-changing.
Boundless Bonds offers thoughtfully designed, inviting rooms for hire—suited to coaching, counselling, small group gatherings, workshops, or quiet reflection. With soft lighting, muted tones, and a focus on emotional safety, each space supports presence, comfort, and meaningful connection.
At Boundless Bonds, we’ve woven elements of the ancient art of Japanese Shibari into a contemporary somatic mindfulness practice—one that centres on cultivating mental and physical wellbeing through the sensations of rope and the rhythm of tying and binding. Check the Events page for workshops and social events involving this practice. We also offer private lessons and guided rope-based meditation sessions.
Our rope skillshares, workshops, social events and guided rope meditation sessions offer you an opportunity to embrace a deeper understanding of yourself, forge deeper connections with a partner, and become part of a supportive community that shares a unique path to personal and collective wellbeing.
Our next event is on the 7th September 2025.
Check out the Events page for more details.
We understand that group events are not for everyone. For those who prefer personalised experiences, we offer private lessons and guided rope-tying meditation sessions, tailored for individual needs.
While many individuals and couples find body-centered rope-tying therapeutic and use it as a focal point for their mindfulness or meditation practice, it's important to understand that to date, no scientific research has been conducted to validate its efficacy as a psychological therapy. Boundless Bonds does not imply or guarantee in any way, that engaging in this practice will yield specific benefits for you. Moreover, it's essential to note that whilst Nina and David are skilled in various aspects of body-centered rope-tying, neither are accredited psychologists.
IF YOU UNDERTAKE THIS PRACTICE YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEITHER NINA, DAVID NOR BOUNDLESS BONDS ARE IN ANY WAY LIABLE FOR YOUR SAFETY.
Almost everything we do in life has some degree of risk, even sitting still for too long can be hazardous to our health. Body-centered rope tying is no different. There are risks associated with this activity that you should be aware of and learn to mitigate as much as possible. Boundless Bonds workshops discuss the risks associated with body-centred rope tying and where to avoid placing rope, but sometimes an injury can occur despite all caution.
